Sound Shore Pottery in Edenton, NC is the working studio of potter Frank Miglorie. Frank has been crafting pottery since the early 70s and has sold pots throughout the Northeast. He specializes in sculptural and functional clay forms in terra cotta and stoneware. His pots are distinctive in that they are often used as a canvas for his brushwork. His aesthetic sensibilities capture both the rustic and the refined.

Frank moved to Edenton in 2012 and set up his studio right on the Albemarle Sound. He's open by appointment and encourages people to visit. Several times throughout the year he hosts an open studio weekend where he does demonstrations all day and talks to people about the ceramic process. He has a large variety of pots on display for purchase and does special projects by commission as well.
