Leanne Clayton will be a featured artist at the Chowan Arts Council for the month of October.
In honor of Chowan County's 350th anniversary, the Chowan Arts Council will be featuring the paintings of local artist Leanne Clayton. Come see her exhibit at the gallery from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily for the month of October.
