Author Karen Gilbert will join us at Chowan Arts Council. Her christian children's series Rufus T. Rouse is the story of an extraordinarily brave mouse from Scotland. Illustrator Hope Swinney will also be in attendance, and there will be a visit from Santa in the gallery!
