Arts & Wellness of Edenton (AWE) offers all of these mind/body practices under the guidance of well-trained and experienced instructors. There are weekly classes for all ages, from kids and teens to adults and seniors, as well as workshops for more in-depth learning. Visitors are welcome, and private classes are available.
