This component of the Armchair Traveler Series features author Philip S. McMullan, Jr., who will present and discuss his book, Crossing the Inland Sea: 350 Years of Albemarle Maritime History. Explore the bygone era of NC's Albemarle region when water provided the most efficient means of transportation and boats were integral to the area's economy. Hear an update on the possible future ferry service on the sound.
