Discover how ladies hailing from the Old North State made renowned contributions to local or national history at the traveling exhibit featured at the Historic Edenton State Historic Site for the month of September. The exhibit explores figures such as Elizabeth Horniblow, Harriet Jacobs, Charlotte Hawkins Brown and Lillian Exum Clement, as well as offers an overview about the general lives of women over the course of Edenton's history.
