Event Description:
In preparation for the 200th Anniversary Presidential Ball to celebrate James Monroe's historic visit to Edenton, the Historic Edenton Visitors' Center hosts a traveling exhibit of Monroe's 1819 presidential tour. Museum Studies students of the University of Mary Washington curated this exhibit, which highlights the president's tour of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.
