Event Description:
Get ready to raise a glass to the New Year at this snazzy dinner at the Cotton Gin Inn. The Cotton Gin Inn traditionally hosts Supper Clubs before major holidays and big events in Edenton. The New Year's Eve meal includes:
Amuse Bouche (a small bite)
Mixed baby greens with sparkling grapes and lobster brochette with Champagne vinaigrette
Beef Wellington with red wine reduction and horseradish aioli
Chive mashers and honey-thyme-glazed root vegetables
Champagne cake with Champagne sorbet
All super clubs require a minimum of eight participants. Make your reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
