You're invited! Please join us to celebrate Site X, meet the Coastal Land Trust and enjoy an oyster roast on this beautiful property.

First Colony Foundation archaeologist Nicholas Luccketti will show artifacts thought to be from the Lost Colony. Learn more about the mysteries of this special place and how the Coastal Land Trust stepped in to protect Site X!

About Site X: In September 2017, the Coastal Land Trust saved 1000 acres of land in Bertie County, including Site X. This location is believed to be the site where the Lost Colony settled after leaving Roanoke Island.
