It’s summertime and our children and grandchildren are out of school! That means that there is more time for pleasure reading!
The Cupola House Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce a collaboration with Jim Williams who is launching a new children’s book series about the adventures of the “Oakum Street Outlaws.” Jim grew up on Oakum Street here in Edenton and has just finished the first of his new series, The Mystery of the Lady in the Cupola. We are pleased to offer a reading of this first book in the Cupola House Gardens on June 13th from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. In addition to the interaction with children, Jim will be available to sign copies of the book that will be available for sale that morning as well, as on our website on-line merchandise store. Bring your young readers and listeners to the gardens to hear this premier reading!
