Event Description:
On the night before Thanksgiving, the least of your concerns should be the what's-for-dinner dilemma. Join the Cotton Gin Inn for a pre-Thanksgiving feast. The menu includes:
Baby greens with roasted squash, cranberries and pecans with a cider vinaigrette
Ginger, apple, butternut squash soup
Pork tenderloin roulade with apples, bacon, pecans and a bourbon reduction
Apple tarte tartin.
