Event Description:
Head into 2020 feeling rejuvenated and centered at this retreat organized by Arts and Wellness of Edenton. Spend the weekend at the historic Cotton Gin Inn while practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying home-cooked organic food and plenty of time to rest. Prior yoga experience isn't required but is helpful. The course includes guided meditation and yoga, breakfast, refreshments or dinner courtesy of the Cotton Gin Inn's kitchen and time for exploring Edenton's shops, attractions and eateries.
