Event Description:
Cooking Classes at The Cotton Gin Inn presents "Northern Italian". This class will contain bruschetta, a vegetable risotto, chicken milanese with arugula and mixed baby greens with crusty bread, and zabaglione with berries and Italian luna cookies.
