Event Description:
Join the Cotton Gin Inn for a Halloween-themed cooking class that features a menu inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. Learn how to make (and then enjoy) quick pumpkin raviolis; baby greens with roasted squash, cranberries and pecans and a cider vinaigrette; pumpkin and beef stew; and pumpkin creme brulee.
