Learn how to make Cheese Gougeres, Salade Lyonnaise with Crusty Bread, Trout Meuniere with Crispy Potatoes and Haricots Verts, and Berry Pavlovas. Each cooking class includes the food you prepare and a logo'd apron from the Cotton Gin Inn to keep.
