Whether they're sweet or savory, crepes are always delicious. Master this French mainstay at the Cotton Gin Inn's weekly cooking class. Learn how to make saffron chive crepes, buckwheat crepes with chicken, gruyere and spinach and gateau de crepes. The food you prepare, the recipes used and a logo apron are included with the class.
