Event Description:
Learn about how to use chocolate in sweet and savory dishes at the Cotton Gin Inn's weekly cooking class. On the menu: Arugula and pear salad with chocolate vinaigrette, cacao nib and fennel-encrusted pork tenderloin, chocolate pot de creme. Each class includes a logo apron, the food you prepare and the accompanying recipes.
