Event Description:
It's apple season! Discover a variety of ways to use the harvest with at the Cotton Gin Inn's apple-themed cooking class. On the menu are apple chutney with cheddar bruschetta, mixed greens with cider vinaigrette and crusty bread, pork paillards with a bourbon sauce, potato and apple gratin, and caramel apple pudding cakes.
