Event Description:
Join The Cotton Gin Inn for an intimate hands-on cooking experience. Learn to new recipes as you prepare and enjoy a multi-course dinner, complete with a logo apron to take home. Each class welcomes a different theme for the type of featured ingredient or cuisine.
This Week's Theme: Autumn Apples
First Course: Apple Chutney and Cheddar Bruschetta
Second Course: Pork Paillards with a Bourbon, Shallot and Apple Sauce
Third Course: Potato and Apple Gratin
Fourth Course: Caramel Apple Pudding Cakes
