"I am proud to present a wonderful group of ladies and men for the 1st Women's Wellness Retreat on Saturday morning 7/14/18. We all live very busy lives and forget to allow and give time for ourselves. In order to be our very best in all we do these retreats allow time to reflect, relax, enjoy and meet new friends but most of all learn ways to take care of ourselves.
